A pivotal merger brought together Samunnati Investment Limited and Aviyan Investment Group of Nepal Private Limited for a shared destiny, combining their respective strengths, expertise, and investment capabilities on equal footing. The combined entity was restructured and Aviyan Investment Group of Nepal Limited emerged with a stronger capital base and a clearer strategic identity.
